Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Hostess to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for seating guests, handling customer service situations, and promoting a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seating and Guest Service
    • Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements.
    • Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean, and neat environment for guests and other associates.
  • Customer Service
    • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and get along well with others.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and patience, and possess an interest in people.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise the activities of food-service associates in the dining room to ensure proper customer service, food handling, and sanitation procedures are followed.
    • Help train new food-service team members.
  • Emergency Procedures
    • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety procedures and help evacuate guests to safety in the event of a fire or other emergency.
