We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis center where you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
