About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic (m/f/d) to join our team at Crown Point. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly machines and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely conversion of assembly machines and fixtures to meet production requirements
  • Conduct thorough inspections of production requirements and equipment to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Perform repair work on machinery and equipment as needed
  • Continuously optimize production process parameters to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze and troubleshoot errors independently to minimize downtime
  • Design and create simple assembly fixtures to support production needs
  • Contribute to the improvement of process workflows to enhance overall efficiency
Requirements
  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, tool mechanic, or precision mechanic
  • Several years of experience in the mentioned area of responsibility
  • Extensive knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Independent and conscientious work ethic
  • Willingness to work in shifts
