Job Overview:
As a Marine/Boat Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of marine service quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining marine engines and equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for the marine industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair marine engines and equipment
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on marine engines and systems
  • Use tools such as calipers, ohmmeters, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
  • Assemble and disassemble marine equipment as needed
  • Conduct electrical work on boats and marine systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in marine engine repair or related field
  • Proficiency in using calipers, ohmmeters, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues on boats
  • Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Experience in assembling and maintaining marine equipment
