This role will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization, taking ownership of software artifacts produced to ensure minimal impact on the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and lead a ServiceNow IRM instance
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce governance and standards to ensure the platform and capabilities are sound, following good practices for upgradeability, usability, manageability, performance, and scalability
  • Enterprise Compliance - hold product teams accountable to act within policies, standards, and best practices
  • Establish and enforce instance strategy
  • Participate in technical design decisions
  • Evaluate and onboard new capabilities/demands
  • Represent the IRM instance in technical discussions with other ServiceNow product teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • ServiceNow Administration (CSA) Fundamentals Certification
  • ServiceNow IRM Product experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
  • Deep experience working on ServiceNow Governance
  • Experience across related ServiceNow Products ITAM (CMDB, APM, SAM, HAM), SecOps, & Vulnerability Mgmt.
  • Experience implementing and supporting Knowledge Bases & EC Pro service portal
  • Strong understanding and prior experience with Proof of Concepts and blueprints
  • Ability to influence engineers and leadership on processes and order of operations needed to achieve end results required
  • Ability/desire to mentor engineers
  • Experience with ServiceNow Stream Connect (Kafka)
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third-party vendors, and customers

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution, and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116, $136, $150,480.00
