About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Common Links Construction as a Drywall Project Manager/Estimator in our brand new Savage, MN location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial drywall projects from initial estimate to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for customers and manage construction process to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
  • Track and manage all changes made during the build process to meet established safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets
  • Communicate effectively with field foremen/team to maintain a safe and productive project environment
  • Attend necessary job site meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Maintain a strong desire to win and continually learn new skills to excel in this role
About You

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Business (or equivalent experience). Your ability to read and interpret blueprints and spec drawings, establish collaborative working relationships, and possess strong problem-solving skills will also be valuable assets.
