WestLand Resources is a leading environmental consulting firm seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team. Based in either Tucson or Phoenix, AZ, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop a successful environmental program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental permitting, with a minimum of 10 years of experience working on complex projects under NEPA, CWA Section 404, ESA, SEPA, and other state and local regulations. A bachelor's degree in natural resources, environmental science, geology, soil science, or a related field is required.

This role includes:

  • Developing and managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Managing project progress using project management software
  • Conducting and/or directing project-specific research
  • Writing and/or supervising the writing of project reports
  • Reviewing reports for accuracy and adherence to agency guidelines

A competitive salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
