Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by providing exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently by prioritizing tasks, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates, providing progress updates, and ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned with store goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Exercise discretion and judgment to resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, Associates, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
