Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs. You will administer individualized treatments and medications, develop care plans, and ensure that nursing standards and facility policies are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities
  • Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
  • Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
  • Go over care options with residents and family members
  • Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
  • Investigate incidents and ensure accurate reporting
  • Train and supervise nursing staff

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • Strong organizational skills
