Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to close quality gaps and improve patient outcomes

  • Support and assist primary care physicians and clinics with quality data collection and reporting
  • Provide regular performance reports and monitor progress towards quality goals
  • Engage with healthcare teams to develop and implement strategies to improve quality and patient satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines, including HEDIS/STARS
Requirements
  • Licensed Vocational/Professional Nurse with 3+ years of healthcare experience, including experience in a managed care setting
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews, with the ability to review data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • HEDIS/STARS experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including databases, word-processing, and Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50-75%
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of college, in pursuit of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of experience working with HEDIS/STARS measures
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 50 pounds of force
  • Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle
