Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to build and deliver learning and development strategies and programming that enable managers to have a talent-first mindset.
- 15+ years of career experience with 10+ years in an HR leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
- Experience working in non-profit, for-profit environment preferred.
- High emotional intelligence, straight-forward, transparent, and self-motivated.
- Strong managerial and coaching skills, with the ability to provide direct feedback and coach and develop leaders.
- Possesses unquestionable personal integrity, fairness, and inclusivity.
- Performance-driven leader with outstanding communication skills, ability to influence peers and leaders across the company.
