Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Kona Grill. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Dish Machine Maintenance: Set up and close the dish machine according to company procedures, and perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 lbs. throughout the shift, and stand for periods up to 8 hours.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
