- Maintain cleanliness of all flooring surfaces, including corners and baseboards.
- Dust and clean displays and tables as necessary.
- Ensure all areas of the store are sanitized, including displays, windows, and vents.
- Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Contribute to a positive store image by maintaining an organized and sanitary environment.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming standards.
- Assist in training new team members when required.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Prior experience in janitorial services is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.
- Ability to address practical maintenance challenges effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to sit, squat, kneel, and reach as necessary.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds with assistance.
