Customer Service Representative

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and online channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing personalized support to meet the needs of our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, and email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or related environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
