Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
