Lead CT Technologist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a key member of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of technologists, and ensuring the highest quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of CT technologists in providing high-quality imaging services to patients
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with the Imaging Manager and Director of Radiology to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and training to technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements:

  • Vocational School Graduate or Associate Degree in Radiology Technology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT technologist
  • Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
