Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of our CT technologists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the work of CT technologists, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assess staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly to meet the demands of the department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with the imaging manager and director of radiology to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • State of Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license required.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R)(CT) certification required.
  • 3-5 years of imaging experience required, with 5+ years preferred.
  • Vocational school graduate or associate degree in radiology technology required.
