Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client needs and identify suitable community, government, or private services to support their transition.
  • Conduct case review meetings to assess client progress and adjust service plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, service providers, and neighborhood organizations to ensure seamless support for clients.
  • Recruit and coordinate volunteers and mentors to work with clients, promoting a pro-social lifestyle and community integration.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, volunteers, mentors, and Reentry team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in a social services capacity, with a focus on working with disadvantaged populations in corrections or treatment environments.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating advanced knowledge of accessing social services and human support agencies for disadvantaged populations.

Work Environment

Our Reentry Program is located at 138 East Court St. Cincinnati, OH 45202. The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week, typically between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
