Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality advisory and support services to government clients
  • Ensure assigned tasks are performed on time, on budget, and that client personnel appreciate the value of the work performed
  • Understand client business objectives and help clients achieve their goals

As a Help Desk Consultant, you will be continuously challenged through client projects and build skills towards a fulfilling career. You will receive product and federal acquisition training and career development guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications:
  • One or more years' experience supporting software solutions such as acquisition systems for government
  • Experience in developing SQL queries
  • Experience in testing, training, configuration management, and organizational change management
  • Experience in functional implementation and/or maintenance of financial system interfaces
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and team player
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor's degree
