Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee new employee orientation, including training for cashiers and relevant positions, audits, and all cash management procedures.
- Communicate effectively with SSA headquarters, audit teams, revenue reporting managers, and onsite management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including telephone management and document processing.
- Assist the management team with various administrative tasks, including training programs and inventory management.
- Manage cash flow systems and maintain a secure cash room with restricted access.
- Perform daily cash room duties, including receipt counting, deposit preparation, and cash order management.
- Promote sustainability and conservation efforts within the unit and educate staff accordingly.
- Engage in community initiatives through hiring practices and volunteer opportunities.
- Develop leadership skills and foster team building and partnerships.
- Exhibit strong financial management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexibility in scheduling.
- Proficient in basic office software and functions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of cash handling experience is required.
- Preferred two years of administrative or cash room experience.
- ServSafe or Food Handling Certification is a plus.
- This is an hourly, non-exempt position with additional benefits including an Employee Assistance Program and tuition discounts through partner colleges.
