RN Market Manager Supply Chain Implementation Specialist

An experienced RN is sought to lead the implementation of Supply Chain Management initiatives within a market. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating conversions, ensuring compliance, and capturing total value of agreements for facilities within their scope.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve targets within a determined time period. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coaching and mentoring best practices, as well as experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure the achievement of hospital and CommonSpirit goals.
- Function as a liaison between end-users of contracted supplies and services, clinical and non-clinical team members, and SSRM colleagues.
- Lead cost reduction programs and assist with developing strategies across critical supply areas that impact end-users.
- Anticipate the impact of implementations to their market and collaborate/communicate with clinicians, physicians, and other hospital departments as needed to ensure success of conversions.
- Assist with quality aspects, analytics, and education to ensure seamless conversions of products and services.
- Communicate savings initiatives to clinical and non-clinical end-users, including participation in local stakeholder meetings.
- Oversee the contract exception process, support clinical trials, and manage the new product request process within the market.
- Monitor vendor credentialing systems for compliance, and restrict vendor access when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience OR minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR Master's Degree and no leadership experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Supply Chain within a health care facility system or other relevant experience.
- RN highly desired.
- Established leadership skills.
- Knowledge of coaching and mentoring best practices.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, and Microsoft Word, Project, Access, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of generating and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others in order to achieve targets within a determined time period.
- Ability to prepare quick pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people.
- Team management and/or project management preferred.
- Change Management and Leadership (LEAD) experience required within first year.
- Clinical hospital experience preferred.
- Progressive experience in project management preferred.
