Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products from drawings, sketches, tables, charts, schedules, blueprints, and written and oral instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products from various sources, including drawings and written instructions.
  • Use measuring equipment to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy.
  • Account for quantities and enter accurate data into a labor reporting system.
  • Read production routings and determine next operations as applicable.
  • Document requested data on forms or in computer applications.
  • Use small hand tools and form parts using hot water bath.
  • Pack assemblies and move materials as needed.
  • Provide training to other associates as required.
Requirements:
  • Education level to handle reading and writing effectively.
  • Ability to work with hands to assemble products.
  • Some mechanical ability and understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Ability to operate safely.
