About the Role

ZTI Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in supporting classified projects. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard critical assets and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cybersecurity activities to ensure effective risk management and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide infrastructure engineering support to design and implement secure systems and networks.
  • Offer configuration management (CM) cybersecurity support to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
  • Recommend necessary cybersecurity hardware and software to ensure optimal security posture.
  • Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders on project progress and any schedule updates.
MULTI-DISCIPLINE SECURITY SUPPORT

You will ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the DOD Security Manual's, ICD/DCID, ICD, and SAP policy. You will assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of DOD operations. You will also provide day-to-day security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology Field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • IAM Level II Certification (e.g., CAP, GSLC, CISM, CISSP, CASP).
