VML is seeking an experienced Account Development Director to lead our client development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Mentor and develop direct reports to achieve professional growth

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in client management or agency leadership
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with health communications and related processes
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or health clients
