About the Role

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a highly skilled Loyalty and Gift Card Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing loyalty initiatives and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute key activations to drive loyalty acquisition and retention by developing loyalty initiatives and creative assets to achieve loyalty and business goals
  • Oversee the execution of all loyalty marketing plans by managing the loyalty marketing calendar - aligning with Business, Finance, CRM, Creative and Digital Strategy teams
  • Own creative briefs for all loyalty related marketing initiatives
  • Report and analyze promotion results, measuring loyalty KPIs and communicating the impact and efficacy of each promotion, as well as providing strategic recommendations for future initiatives in partnership with the Director of Loyalty
  • Identify key opportunities and propose new ways to drive key metrics to further improve engagement and KPIs
  • Partner with Creative and Content teams on creative development processes, including working with the creative team to create compelling visuals, copy, and content
  • Manage creation and production of gift cards by working with internal and external partners to ensure timelines are met
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing/advertising, ideally CRM, loyalty and retail with digital experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (Economics, Business, Engineering, and/or Marketing focus preferred) or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Results-oriented and analytically curious, with experience in customer segmentation
  • Experience with testing within owned marketing channels as well as driving insights and learnings from data
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to meet business needs
  • Experience developing strategies and processes in a customer-centric way
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Can-do attitude and ability to create or improve processes when necessary
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
