Lexicon, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for the onsite construction management team and oversee the entire project delivery.
  • Responsible for all scheduling and work coordination between various discipline managers for all on-site work activities.
  • Responsible for the project schedule including deliverables from various suppliers.
  • Coordinate with clients on possible scope additions or reductions and track any perceived back charges as they arise.
  • Responsible for oversight to ensure the project team is reviewing all technical submittals and requests for information and that they are submitted and responded to by the owner's Engineer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
  • Must be familiar with OSHA and environmental requirements.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, and Adobe.
