Position Overview

The Senior Facilities Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing quality assurance and safety initiatives. This position involves collaboration with risk management teams to develop performance metrics and manage departmental budgets, staffing needs, and capital planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance departmental practices and protocols, implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree in a relevant field preferred.

Licensure: A valid State Driver's License is required, with additional certifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years in facility maintenance or construction, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements: The role requires good hearing, clear communication abilities, and manual dexterity, with potential exposure to various environmental conditions.
