Overview

Connection Services is seeking a skilled IT Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Technical Services division in Westborough, MA. The IT Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software releases by testing and certifying new releases in the production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test scripts for quality assurance
  • Conduct thorough testing using a production lab environment
  • Evaluate technologies to automate or enhance the testing process
  • Provide QA approval for new software releases
  • Collaborate with development teams to develop test scenarios and provide release documentation
  • Work with Application Administrators to ensure seamless testing and deployment
  • Maintain documentation of software release approvals for PCI security
  • Develop and adhere to quality standards for the organization
Qualifications
  • Associates degree or technical coursework completed
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on building test cases
  • Any certifications in software testing (CAST, ISTQB, CSQA) are a plus
  • Deep understanding of software applications and use cases
Compensation

USD $43.00/Hr - USD $48.00/Hr
