Senior Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at NEO Tech. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify product documentation and ensure it meets industry and customer specifications.
- Perform 1st piece inspections and disposition of assemblies for rework and repair.
- Authorize shipment of products that meet industry and customer specifications.
- Support and follow all ISO standards related to NEO Tech's quality management systems.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of related experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems (EMS) and pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification and IPC-A-610 Modules.
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support multiple product lines and customers.
