Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our apartment community, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and leading our site staff to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community, including resident services, maintenance, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and manage the site staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in customer service, resident satisfaction, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
