About The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Business Expansion Manager to join our team at The Avers Agency. In this role, you will focus on expanding our sales presence in the Monticello and surrounding areas, leveraging your excellent communication skills and ability to meet or exceed goals. This position offers a highly competitive salary of $80,000+ at Plan Commission and access to our elite-level training and leadership program, which will enable you to maximize your earning potential and develop high-performance sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the designated region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Develop a self-sustaining referral stream using our proven system.
  • Regularly review and update client records to ensure effective relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Be open to feedback, coaching, and growth within your career.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating skills.
