Job Title: Ready Mix Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Ready Mix Truck Driver to join our team at Western Rock Products, a CRH Company. As a Ready Mix Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready mix truck to deliver products to various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment in a safe and clean condition.
  • Perform pre and post-trip truck inspections.
  • Verify general compliance with mix specifications after loading and at job site.
  • Align mixer drum under disbursement chute at the plant to receive product into the mixer truck drum.
  • Drive ready mix truck to location for unloading.
  • Operate ready mix truck to release concrete down truck chute into area to be poured with concrete.
  • Clean truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck.
  • Places and operates chutes to deliver product where directed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or Class B.
  • Valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
