Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at HCA Florida Healthcare at Home. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care by developing and implementing individualized therapy programs for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication abilities.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech language pathology within the state.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance.
