- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication and swallowing techniques
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working in a SNF/LTC setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
