Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication and swallowing techniques
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working in a SNF/LTC setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
