Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate fueling operations to ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
  • Lead and motivate the fueling team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of fueling team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and control fuel inventory, ordering, and distribution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fueling operations or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Working Conditions
