Per Diem Hospital Assistant Float Pool Night Shift Position

About the Role:
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. This role is a per diem position in the float pool, working night shifts at UCI Health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Perform all duties within the scope of practice.
Requirements:
- Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms.
