Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
About the Role
The Certified Medication Aide is responsible for preparing and administering medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current CMA certification (Medication Aide)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of CMA course (Medication Aide)
- 1+ year of related experience; preferred 5 years of experience
- Computer literacy and excellent communication skills
