Certified Medication Aide

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our healthcare team at Christian Care Centers-Mesquite. As a CMA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer medications per physician orders and in accordance with federal/state regulations and facility policies.
- Perform vital signs as assigned and document resident conditions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, other teammates, and supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident conditions and needs in Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
- Promote resident independence, interact with residents in a manner that supports mental and physical well-being.
Requirements:
- Current CMA certification (Medication Aide); Current CNA Certification
- Minimum 1 year of related experience; preferred 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and team orientation
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work under some stressful conditions

Compensation and Benefits:
