Treatment Navigation Specialist

Sandstone Care seeks an experienced Treatment Navigation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This crucial role requires a strong background in behavioral health admissions and expertise in navigating complex treatment options.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a call center environment, preferably within behavioral health, and experience working with clients from initial contact through their entire treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance benefits and coordinate payments from public funding sources and private payers.
  • Clearly and convincingly communicate the benefits of Sandstone Care services to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical and outreach teams, referral partners, and professional communities.
  • Exercise sound judgment and emotional stability in decision-making under pressure.

Compensation:

  • $80,000-$100,000+ per year based on achievement of incentive compensation goals.
  • Incentive compensation program of up to $25,000 per year.
