Position Summary
Sodexo is in search of a Healthcare Services Supervisor to lead operations within a healthcare setting.
This facility is a licensed acute care institution that provides a comprehensive array of services, including inpatient medical/surgical care, emergency services, outpatient procedures, robotic surgeries, joint replacements, and diagnostic offerings.
The Healthcare Services Supervisor will manage the patient meal delivery system, oversee food service operations, and ensure quality assurance measures are in place.
Key management responsibilities will encompass scheduling, payroll administration, staff training, food safety compliance, and sanitation protocols.
We are looking for a leader who will enhance Patient Satisfaction, collaborate with the Clinical Team to implement Best Practices in Patient Care, foster relationships with Healthcare Leaders and Nursing staff, and prioritize Service Excellence and Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and enhance service levels for the overall Patient Services Program aimed at exceeding patient and customer satisfaction;
2. Oversee the Patient Dining Program and conduct daily meal rounds, including service recovery initiatives;
3. Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to improve the patient experience;
4. Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy;
5. Meet and exceed Sodexo standards for quality checks and successfully navigate regulatory inspections and audits;
6. Perform management duties that include direct supervision of hourly staff, focusing on employee development.
Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who possess:
1. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to uphold the highest standards and implement company policies;
2. A genuine passion for patients and customers, ensuring adherence to Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm, and Service) principles daily;
3. Knowledge of nutrition and specialized dietary needs;
4. Experience in managing dietary offices;
5. Robust management skills, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services, including but not limited to restaurants, fast food, catering, and institutional services.
