Job Title: Valet Parking Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Supervisor to join our team at Parking Management Services. As a Valet Parking Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of valets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient parking operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of valets and ensure they provide exceptional customer service
• Manage and oversee the parking operation, including key handling and vehicle retrieval
• Handle guest-related concerns and resolve issues proactively
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate daily information to team members
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Supervise valet team to ensure proper key handling and vehicle retrieval
• Follow proper procedures for associate or guest incidents/accidents
• Maintain a safe environment for associates and guests

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Customer service experience
• Basic math skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
• Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
• Leadership skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle
