Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Equipment Specialist to join our team at Flex. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through testing and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing and inspection of products to ensure they meet quality and reliability standards
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to eliminate yield detractors and improve process reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
  • Partner with Industrial Engineering to facilitate equipment moves and line re-arrangements
  • Coordinate recovery and repair activities with maintenance, technicians, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of an Associate's degree, military technical training, or equivalent experience and training
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) operations and technical equipment and language (DOS, Windows, NT, Unix)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug at multiple system levels and configure complex disk arrays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
