About the Role:

The Senior Employee Relations Representative role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our employees and the patients we serve. As a Senior Employee Relations Representative, you will play a vital part in fostering a respectful, inclusive environment while helping to uphold our commitment to integrity and employee support. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex matrix environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide consultative strategies and support on escalated employee matters.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risk and support the employee experience while adhering to company policies and applicable laws.
* Conducting thorough internal investigations to gather facts related to reported employee concerns and determine any policy violations.
* Assessing the severity of determined company policy violations, involving appropriate stakeholders, and providing final recommendations based on policy and company precedent.
* Consulting with cross-functional peers on inquiries and escalated employee matters.
* Acting as the subject matter expert on company policy and educating and influencing recommendations when a policy violation is determined.
* Analyzing investigation data and providing trend information to appropriate parties, as well as strategic actions to address themes and trends within a business.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all investigations and employee relations matters.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
* 5+ years of experience managing and conducting full-cycle, complex internal employee investigations.
* Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
* Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.

What We Offer:

* An estimated annualized base pay range of $80,100 to $152,200, plus annual bonus and the value of core and optional employee benefits.
* A hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days onsite at one of the following office locations: Houston, TX; Arden Hills, MN; Maple Grove, MN; Marlborough, MA; Valencia, CA.
