**Your Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy to drive growth and innovation in our platform.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and others in Product, to set ambitious goals and drive desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with payment processors, financial institutions, and other external partners to enhance our payment capabilities.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven expertise in payments product management, with a track record of shipping impactful features and deep subject matter expertise.
  • Strong execution skills, with a good grip on project-related aspects, including time, quality, resources, and scope.
  • Craftsmanship, with a technical understanding of payments engineering and data, allowing you to direct, facilitate processes, and collaborate effectively with key partners.
  • Team orientation, with the ability to mobilize others, execute through efficient collaboration, and garner support and unity across teams and business areas.
  • Customer empathy, with a focus on understanding customers, empathizing with their experience, and driving relentlessly to improve it.
