  2. Participate in the opening and closing procedures, adhering to company standards.
  3. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including training sessions and inventory wastage, and report any issues to management.
  4. Communicate operational details effectively to team members to ensure a smooth handover process.
  5. Coordinate with the Stock Keeper to place orders for necessary products in collaboration with management.
  6. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards by implementing practices such as the 'Clean as You Go' policy.
  7. Process customer orders received from waitstaff, ensuring they meet serving standards and are delivered promptly.
  8. Receive and verify daily stock, ensuring proper display and regular replenishment while maintaining hygiene standards.
  9. Prepare take-away orders, ensuring they are packaged according to company standards and accommodate special requests.
  10. Handle cash transactions accurately, following established financial protocols.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills (level 1).
  • Attention to detail (level 2).
  • Ability to adapt to change (level 1).
  • Cultural sensitivity (level 1).
