These positions are available for both 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shift Details:

- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM

Compensation: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. This role is expected to last between 6 months to a year, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

● Willingness to acquire new skills related to calibration and measurement processes.

● Prior experience in electronic or pressure training is advantageous.

● Basic mathematical proficiency, including algebra, geometry, and statistics.

● Familiarity with standard tools used in calibration.

● Competence in office software, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

● Strong organizational and time management abilities.

● Effective interpersonal skills for customer interaction.

● The role includes team leadership responsibilities.

● Candidates with backgrounds in PMEL, PME, TMDE, Metrology, Calibration, ASQ CCT, METCAL, GPETE, Electronics, and GCAMS are encouraged to apply.

● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet demands and comply with established standards.

● Provide training to designated individuals under the guidance of the department manager as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

● For mid-senior level technicians, a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Metrology Technician is required. Junior level candidates will also be considered, provided they have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

● Proficiency in calibrating basic components, including but not limited to centrifuges, refrigerators, freezers, pressure gauges, and transmitters.

● Preference for candidates with knowledge of typical pharmaceutical and biotech equipment.

● Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings, including P&ID, blueprints, or schematics.
