Senior Business Development Leader

Airwallex is a fast-growing fintech company that is revolutionizing the way businesses make payments. We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and launch new products and services
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
The estimated salary for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options.
