Neurointerventionalist Opportunity at Northwestern PA

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurointerventionalist to join our multidisciplinary team at Northwestern PA's only Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. As a key member of our team, you will participate in multidisciplinary conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the teaching of medical students and residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in acute stroke intervention, brain aneurysm embolization, carotid revascularization, fistula treatment, spine procedures, diagnostic angiography, cerebral venous procedures, and thrombolysis
- Develop and maintain a broad neurointerventional skill set with a willingness to learn new techniques and participate in new procedures
- Collaborate with a team of neuro-hospitalists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, and senior neuro-interventional neurologists
- Contribute to research initiatives and participate in the development of new procedures and techniques
- Fellowship training in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology, Interventional Neuroradiology, or Neuro-Endovascular Surgery
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative disposition
- Desire to teach medical students, residents, and staff
- Interest in participating in research initiatives
