YOUR CONTRIBUTION:
- Requirement Analysis: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to collect and document detailed Salesforce requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Data Integrity Enhancement: Identify and rectify data quality issues within Salesforce, including data cleansing and validation, to improve the accuracy and reliability of business information.
- Salesforce Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of Salesforce CRM functionalities, participating in all phases of the implementation process to support effective utilization and integration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business units and the IT department, translating complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Agile Project Management: Employ Agile Scrum methodologies to oversee project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and ongoing improvement of CRM processes.
- Documentation and Training: Create thorough documentation for Salesforce requirements and processes, and provide training and support to users as necessary to encourage effective system use.
ARE YOU A SALESFORCE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXPERT?
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically focused on Salesforce CRM projects.
- Experience with Salesforce implementations and data management is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation is essential.
Methodological Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Analytical Proficiency:
- Strong capability to analyze complex business requirements, identify data quality issues, and devise effective solutions.
- Basic SQL skills are advantageous.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving Ability:
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing enhancements.
Flexibility:
