Job Summary

The Sales Assistant is an entry-level position that offers the right candidate the opportunity to learn the home automation industry and sales practices. Prior experience with sales, construction, and smart home technology is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create integrated technology proposals for high-end residential and commercial projects
  • Create structured wiring design schematics for custom residential/commercial projects
  • Work closely with the installation and operations team to prepare for approved projects
  • Work closely with clients; Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, and Homeowners to create integrated design plans, and manage proposals and sales updates
  • Create designs with software: Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD
  • Ability to quickly learn about multiple home automation brands, software, and control systems (Control4, Lutron, Sonos, etc.)
  • Ability to memorize standardized products and model numbers
  • Must understand construction timelines and process for ongoing projects
  • Ability to grow business through company referrals and maintain client relationships
  • Must present themselves professionally on the job site, at client's homes, and on phone/video conferences
Requirements
