Overview:
We are in search of a skilled RPA Solutions Architect to spearhead the establishment of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence (CoE) and facilitate the initial deployment of RPA technologies within our organization. This role demands a proactive and driven individual who is adept at navigating complex challenges and has a proven track record in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the overall RPA workflow solutions.
- Assist in the development and revision of the RPA solution architecture documentation.
Essential Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in development and solution architecture within Intelligent Automation Platforms.
- A minimum of 8 years delivering technical solutions in roles such as developer, Tech Lead, and Architect.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with RPA software including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and Blue Prism.
- 2+ years in a leadership or architectural role in RPA.
- Extensive knowledge in architecting and deploying UiPath and Power Automate solutions.
- Experience in large enterprise environments utilizing automation technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM certification is advantageous.
- Experience in establishing an Intelligent Automation CoE.
- 5+ years in a team leadership capacity.
- Program Management experience is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, and Python.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong communication skills to convey abstract concepts to business stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels to design and implement technical solutions for business challenges.
- Capability to analyze business processes and conceptualize them into automated solutions.
- Background in IT architecture and software development.
- Understanding of RPA design patterns and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing automated RPA processes as a certified developer.
- Define the technical framework while considering security, compliance, and access management.
- Evaluate RPA and AI tools, providing informed recommendations.
- Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and conduct due diligence for optimal solutions.
- Familiarity with various hosting environments including cloud and on-premises.
- Knowledge of RPA design patterns, including queue management.
- Understanding of design principles and appropriate applications of RPA software.
- Solid grasp of quality standards and best practices.
Role Summary:
The RPA Solutions Architect will be responsible for the comprehensive design of RPA workflows and will support the creation and updating of the RPA solution architecture documentation.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
